FRMZ Eyewear Limited ("FRMZ", "we", "our", or "us") operates this website. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

Minor variations between product images and the actual product may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Product availability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

FRMZ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (unless required by New Zealand consumer law)
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remain unaffected.

7. Warranty

FRMZ sunglasses are covered by the protections provided under New Zealand consumer law.

If you believe your sunglasses have a manufacturing fault, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the fault

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the product.

8. Product Care

To maximize the life of your sunglasses:

  • Store them in the supplied case.
  • Clean lenses using the supplied microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
  • Do not expose sunglasses to excessive heat for extended periods.

Damage caused by improper care is not covered under warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, graphics, videos, and text, is the property of FRMZ Eyewear Limited.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FRMZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
